Metals & Gems. TOP We use only the highest quality solid sterling silver, 14kt gold filled, copper and brass metals. All jump rings are hand coiled and cut. The spiral dangle charms you see in some of the designs are also hand coiled and have come to be known as our signature. The crystals are Swarovski crystals which are the finest crystals available on the market. Font Options: TOP With many different fonts, in various sizes to choose from, they will not all work well on all of our designs. We have taken the guess work out for you. The recommended font for each design is in the dropdown menu on the ordering page. Rush Orders TOP We do not charge extra for rush orders. Please contact us to see if a rush order is possible. Return Policy TOP Because our items are personalized and made to order we do not accept returns. If we are at fault we will of course remake the item for you. Please remember that we hand stamp all of our items by hand, one letter at a time. No machines are used in the production of our jewelry. Spacing and alignment of the letters will not always be in alignment and should not be seen as defected or flawed but as a unique enhancement to your one of kind personalized keepsake. Please check sizes before ordering and be sure of the font you choose. If you are unsure of either please contact us for help. Our policy is that you must return the item before any replacement is resent. It helps to spend up things if you provide a photo of the design in question. How do I place a Custom Order? Contact us at stampedmoon@yahoo.com with your idea and we will work together on your very own custom designed jewelry Production Time TOP Each and every item of jewelry is handcrafted in our studio here in Minnesota. We strive to get your jewelry made in a timely matter without rushing to just get it done and out the door. We want you totally happy with your jewelry and we take care in giving attention to detail and craftsmanship. Normal turnaround time is 10-12 days once your payment has cleared. Production time increases around holidays. If you need to have your order rushed, please contact us and we will see where we are in productions. Packaging & Shipping Information. TOP All of our jewelry arrives tucked inside a velet pouch in a ribbon wrapped pillow box. Your package will include a small polishing cloth and shipped in a bubble envelope mailer. We ship USPS First Class mail with a tracking/confirmation number that will be emailed to you once we print the shipping label. International orders are shipped First Class International mail with a customs form attached. It is the buyer’s responsibility for all customs fees/taxes associated with your Country. We do not mark packages as ‘gift’... it is illegal so please do not ask. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We will work with you on our end with the local Post Office for information if your package does not arrive. Priority shipping and Express shipping are available for an added charge.
